We introduce Body Tone during the months of April-Decemeber because we understand beach season is around the corner and you want to look and feel better. We added a moderate intence class to help reach your goals at a faster pace. Most importantly, have you ever woken up on a Monday feeling sluggish? The program helps set the pace for the rest of week, fires up the body, and menatally prepares you for the workload that's about to come. At all ages and fitness levels, it's vital that we take the time and do body weight excerises to improve our fitness level.
