Ages 12 to 15 start Monday, March 30 at 7:30 PM.
Kids HYROX is a fun, structured 8-week program that helps young athletes learn the foundations of running, plyometrics, movement, and HYROX zone techniques in an age-appropriate way.
Each class is fully coached, supervised, and tailored to the age group so kids can build confidence, coordination, and fitness in a safe and positive environment.
They need confidence, movement, and a place to belong.
Kids HYROX is a fun, structured fitness program inspired by official HYROX Youngstars events. It helps kids build strength, coordination, endurance, and self-belief in a positive, coach-led environment.
No experience required. Just kids who like to move, run, and challenge themselves.
