Coach Brad, a Certified Spartan SGX Coach developed a 2 hour OCR Training Class (Months of Feb-Oct, and 1 hour long during the off Season) that will get you prepared for a Spartan Race. This class will focus on targeting all the endurance energy systems, strength building, grip strength focus, range of motion improvents, and mastering some of the required obstacles you will encournter at a Spartan Race. The class formate begings with a 1-2 mile jog, followed by over 35 stations (strength, or obstacle focus) each one proceeds a short sprint.
