Upper Body Strength Training

(Low Intensity)


We at ISH Fitness understand the importance of Relative Body Strength (using your own body weight to train) & Absolute Strength (using equipment for resistance training) to imrove your everyday lifestyle. This class will improve your fitness in both strength training systems no matter what your fitness level may be. The formate of the class consist of supper seting two exercises, the sets consist of a push & pull component, and one of the excerises will be body weight and the other is weight training. If performing Body Weight excersises is too difficult we use TRX, band assistance, and anit gravity machines for assistance.  Absolute Strength can consist of barbell, dumbell, cable machine, and band training.
