A highly passionate and educated Certified Personal Trainer (since 2005) as well as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (since 2014) that specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation and injury prevention. Growing up in the gym, Jon has gained relative knowledge on how to properly build strength. Jon can relate to both sides of the coin, because Jon has battled his fair share of chronic shoulder and low back problems. This has allowed him to relate to people that have injuries or ailments that are preventing them from achieving their health goals. Jon believes that we are on this earth to make progress, and he is dedicated to helping people reach their physical potential through exercise, nutrition, manual therapy and motivation!
